WARNING: If you’re applying for disability, reading this report may save you valuable time and money. If you’ve already applied for disability and been turned down once, you may be making one of the 5 mistakes listed in this report; reading this may the most important thing you do this year!

Dear Friend,

First of all, congratulations on reading this FREE report! You’re going to discover how to avoid years of misery, frustration and downright poverty.... the same misery and frustration millions of Americans suffer every day because they don’t have this seldom discussed information right in front of them like you do right now!

The fact is, there are many reasons why someone like yourself may need disability assistance; a work injury or auto accident has left you disabled, chronic back pain, mental problems/disorders, fibromyalgia, even chronic allergies. For the purpose of this report, we will refer to your disability as ‘chronic pain’; being whatever it may be that is keeping you from being able to work.

Let me sympathize with you.....

Nothing Is Worse Than Feeling Great Mentally, Wanting To Take In All Life Has To Offer.... Only To Have Your Natural Enthusiasm And Drive Squashed Because Of Chronic Pain Or A Disability That Just Won’t Go Away!

Right?

Isn’t it sad to feel so alive and full of vigor, and not be able to do all the things you want to do because the chronic problem you suffer from is so pervasive, so intruding and so unfair? Don’t you feel downright angry because this pain, these symptoms, this disability just won’t go away?

If you do, it’s only normal. After all, who wants to be burdened with carrying a load of discomfort, and living life through an all-encompassing fog of pain and disability. Pain that’s always there when you stand up, sit down, lay down, or even bend over. Pain or disability that’s always rearing it’s head, no matter how hard you try to ignore it.

You’ve tried to push on. You’ve tried to work through the pain; until it got so bad you just couldn’t. It’s natural for people to try to tough it out and get on with their lives. ‘If I ignore it long enough, it will go away....’ Unfortunately, this isn’t the case. You’ve probably found that ignoring your pain will only make it worse over time. What was only a mild pain a year or a month ago, has become a chronic, crippling pain now and even worse down the road. What will you do?

You’ve missed work and taken rests but still the problem continues. You’ve been to all the doctors and had all the treatments, but still the problem continues and has only gotten worse over time.

Pretty soon you’ve missed so much work, you can hardly make ends meet. Now your boss wants to replace you because you’re limited to what you can do and you’re not there enough. What will you do if your body simply won’t allow you to work anymore? How will you make it?  Forced To Look Into Social Security Disability....

You didn’t want to, but at this point it’s your only option. No one else but you is responsible for your family, putting food on the table, providing....somehow. Unfortunately, a chronic condition has turned into a disability and left you without a way to work and earn money. So you were forced to look into Social Security Disability.

The first step is to apply for benefits. If you are initially denied benefits, then immediately get a lawyer. If you haven’t already done this, you need to. Go to a lawyer who advertises disability cases. They are familiar with the ropes and know the proper steps to take to get your case pushed through the fastest. Then just don’t make any of the following mistakes.....

What You Discover Here Will Change Your Life Forever....

Now, first things first. Before we go any further, I want you to do me a favor - promise you will read this entire report, word for word, at least twice. Why twice? Well, because there is so much valuable information that I just want to make sure you "get it all" and don’t miss anything. After you read it twice, don’t throw it out... give it to someone else who also needs help getting their disability.

Here’s Why Putting This Report Aside Could Cost You A Healthy, Happy Life....

If you’ve been desperately searching for answers. REAL and HONEST answers as to the best course of action about getting on disability. If you’re sick and tired of listening to so called "experts" who take your money and leave you no better and with less hope. If you want to FINALLY get things moving.... then reading this entire report RIGHT NOW and not putting it on a pile next to your unpaid bills, will prove to be the biggest, most important decision you’ve made in a long time. I honestly don’t know where else you can get this vital information.

Do NOT put this off or you WILL miss out. You will kick yourself later as you realize reading and following this simple report was the answer you’ve been looking for to help you get the disability benefits you deserve.

Hi, my name is Dr. Dan Levesque, D.C. and I am about to reveal to you the 5 most common mistakes most people make when applying for disability. I believe this information is the ULTIMATE answer to saving you time and money in this process.

Knowing these mistakes will make a huge difference in whether you get disability benefits or not. Why would I offer this free report and reveal all this to you.... a complete stranger?

Well, I know just how crippling chronic pain can be. I know how a disability can destroy your family. Destroy your career. Destroy your ability to earn and provide. Destroy your life. How do I know this?

Well, I help patients with chronic conditions get disability EVERY DAY. You see, a large part of my practice is devoted just to measuring, monitoring and documenting disability cases. Devoted to cases like yours everyone else has given up on. Devoted to cases most everyone else simply turn their backs on and throw in the trash.

I spend countless hours every week doing exams, disability ratings and writing narrative reports documenting findings that support a patient’s case.

There’s a lot of nonsense out there. Too many "experts" who really don’t understand what you are going through. You see, there’s not one expert you can go to who will tell you what to do, when or how to do it when it comes to social security disability. This is why people make so many mistakes and one of the reasons it takes so long to get.

That’s why I’ve put together the "ultimate" program for getting your disability in a ‘timely’ manner. A program that is based on NOT making these 5 mistakes:

MISTAKE #1: NOT GOING TO ENOUGH DOCTORS.....
Really, getting your disability is a numbers game. The fact is... the more doctors that agree you have an incurable condition and cannot work, the stronger your case is. Think about it; if ten doctors all say the same thing is wrong and agree you can’t work, it’s a much stronger case than if only one says it.  What it all boils down to is this.... it’s up to you to help build a case and prove to a judge that you can’t work and need assistance. So you’ll need as many professionals as you can find to back you up on this. Unfortunately, this can get expensive without insurance to help with the costs of medical exams and tests. This is a dilema in itself.... you can’t work because your disabled so you don’t have money or insurance to pay for numerous office visits, diagnostic tests, x-rays, etc.  How are you going to prove your disability without the help of medical professionals to document it? Keep reading to learn about our ‘Disability Package’ that will help you with this problem.

MISTAKE #2: NOT GOING TO THE RIGHT DOCTORS.....
First of all, when you go to the doctor and you’re explaining what’s wrong with you during the consultation/history, be up front with him/her regarding your trying to get on disability. This way your doctor will know in the beginning that he’d better be taking his documentation of your problem seriously and that he will be getting started on a narrative report immediately.  The name of this game is ‘documentation, documentation, documentation!’.  The findings as to what’s wrong with you must be documented properly in order for you to prove to a judge why you can’t work. Most people get turned down their first time for applying for disability; then you (or your attorney must appeal).  If you have enough documentation your chances are much better. In our office, we take disability documentation seriously and have a special computer program that helps us write beautiful narrative reports - in a timely manner.

It’s also very important that you include the right evidence for your case. This goes back to going to the right doctors. For example, you must have a primary care physician; if you don’t, your case will most likely get denied. Next, you’ll need specialists that pertain to the main reasons of what’s wrong with you and why you can’t work.  Social security will look to your specialists for the main body of evidence providing medical reasons why you cannot work. So, for example if the main reasons you’re disabled are because of back/neck pain, arm/leg pain, or joint problems, then you’ll need a chiropractor or an orthopedic doctor (joint specialist) spear-heading your case.

MISTAKE #3: NOT SHOWING THE RIGHT TYPE OF PROOF.....
This goes back to not going to the right doctors again, but you must show some type of proof of your ailing condition as to why you can’t work. This proof must be more than a consultation and history as to what’s wrong. You need diagnostic tests. The more the better. These are things like x-rays, MRI’s, CT scans, blood work, NCV tests, etc. Obviously, the diagnostic test outcomes must show proof of what’s wrong with you and support the reason why you cannot work.  Sometimes this just isn’t the case. For documenting disability cases, we like plain film x-rays because they always back up our other findings.  This is because we don’t take the x-rays unless we have found a physical problem on you first. This way, you won’t pay several thousand dollars for an MRI that may not show anything to solidify your case. In other words, we don’t use the x-ray to find out what’s wrong with you, we use it to confirm what we already found.  The worst thing you can do is have to pay a lot of money for a bunch of diagnostic tests and exams.... that don’t help your case! When we do a disability evaluation, we don’t even do an x-ray unless we’ve already found a problem (during the exam) that needs to be documented or investigated further. This way you’re sure to have the right type of proof and that it will validate your case.

MISTAKE #4: NOT SHOWING ENOUGH INITIATIVE IN GETTING BETTER......
This means you must show that you’re at least trying to get better. You need to show initiative by following a doctor’s treatment plan of some sort. They only approve disability benefits to people who are legitimately disabled and absolutely cannot work (and rightfully so). This also means that you have done a number of things to try to get better and have failed.  If you have not even tried, you are sure to get denied. A judge is not going to approve benefits on someone who has even a light chance of getting better. You must stick to some type of treatment plan to show you have at least tried.

MISTAKE #5: NOT GOING TO THE CHIROPRACTOR.....
If your chronic pain/problem is one of a spinal nature....(bad back, injured/herniated discs, chronic joint problems, headaches or migraines, etc.) and you haven’t been to the chiropractor yet, you’re making a big mistake. You see, chiropractors specialize in detecting, documenting and correcting spinal problems (and conditions that arise as a result of this).  It is also true that back problems are involved in many disability cases. If this is the case with you, you’ll need a chiropractor on your side to help document your problem. Their exam is based upon finding and documenting herniated discs, pinched nerves and spinal damage to determine the best course of treatment and how ‘fixable’ the patient is. In our office, we put together an individual picture of what’s wrong with each patient. This is determined by an exam using instrumentation and digital palpation.  If problems are found, then an x-ray is taken to evaluate how correctible the problem is; this is a damage assessment which we report to the patient.  In disability cases, there is usually some amount of irreversible damage in the form of degenerative disc disease, spinal fractures or arthritis.

There’s a lot of nonsense out there. A lot of "experts" praying on your misery. Filling you with false hope. Or even worse, telling you there is NO HOPE. That’s why I’ve written this report. This is REAL help from someone who understands.

We will take you by the hand and answer ALL your questions....giving you the best possible way to get better if possible, or get on with your life. Our evaluation process is all about documenting your problems and getting you whatever relief is possible as quickly as possible.

If even temporary relief is not possible, our ‘Disability Package’ will provide you with all the tools you (and your lawyer) need to aid you with the disability process.

I don’t care if you’ve been denied for social security 10 times. You can’t keep doing the same thing over and over again, expecting a different result. You’ve got to have a new strategy - let us help you with this!

The ONLY thing that matters.... is your desire to get on the bus. To finally find the answers you’ve been looking for that may make the greatest difference in your disability case. This is a simple program, but very few people can figure it out by themselves.

Let Me Be Your Guide!

I strictly limit the number of disability cases on this program so I can give each and every one the individual attention you need to get the best possible results. There is also a qualification process to make sure you are a candidate for the program and have the best chance for success.

So please.... if you are at all interested in seeing if you qualify for this program.... do it now. As I’ll explain in a minute, you don’t risk a single penny.

How Would You like To Find Out If You Qualify For This Amazing, New Program.... Absolutely Free?

Here’s The Qualification Process.....

-A consultation with me, Dr. Dan Levesque, D.C. to discuss your problems, what has been done about it so far and where you’re at in the disability process.  You will be taken by the hand and ALL your questions and concerns will be answered before you leave.

-A complete disability qualification case history and questionnaire to help determine if we can help you and just what needs to be done with your case.

-A thorough disability exam including complete joint, musculoskeletal and nervous system evaluation including Nerv-o-scopic Thermographic Instrumentation. Thermographic instrumentation is a painless, scientifically based test that helps determine abnormalities in your nerve system function. This helps us hone in on specific, hard-to-find spinal, disc or pinched nerve conditions. The test is simple and only takes about 5 minutes. It is followed up with a digital exam.

-My personal recommendations about what you should do, if you qualify for our program and what your options are. If at this point our evaluation reveals a condition that is better treated by other means, we will refer you to the appropriate doctor.
